Hi, I’m Lauren—a holistic lifestyle coach, early motherhood mentor, writer, and founder of The Elevated Mama.

I believe motherhood isn’t the end of who you were—it’s an invitation to become who you were always meant to be. Through my writing, community, and mentorship, I help women reconnect with themselves, claim their hottest identity, and intentionally create lives that light them up.

I’m also a mom of three, a registered nurse turned stay at home mom, and a woman who knows firsthand that motherhood can completely unravel you—and become the catalyst for putting yourself back together in an entirely new way.
